- Lost or Delayed Packages: After Hours Stitch Company is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking information.
- Wrong Address: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once they are shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend it.
