5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Custom orders will require additional time, typically 6-8 weeks.
  • Shipping: We ship to the address provided at checkout. After Hours Stitch Company is not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged shipments caused by the carrier.
  • International Shipping: Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred.

6. Returns and Refunds

At After Hours Stitch Company, we pride ourselves on creating unique, high-quality pieces. Due to the nature of our work, please note the following policies:

  • No Returns: All sales are final. We do not accept returns on any items, including custom orders.
  • Refunds: Refunds may be considered for orders only if the project has not been started. Once work begins, refunds are no longer available.
